Recipe Florentine

Suggested recipe:
Florentine 500g
Chopped nuts/almonds 250-1000g

Cooking Instructions:
1.Mix the chopped nuts/almonds with Florentine.
2.Fill 20g of the above mix evenly into rings (10cm).
3.Bake at 190’C for 5-6 minutes.
4.Remove the rings while still hot.
5.After cooling, dip lower side into chocolate coating and brush off.

Ingredients:
Sugar, Glucose syrup, Vegetable oil, Skimmed milk powder, Soy lecithin (E 322), Fat powder.

Storage:
Store in cool (not higher than 25’C) & dry condition (<70%RH) and avoid direct sunlight.
