Payment Policy

All transaction are accepted in MYR, USD and other currency.

Payment must be received within 7 days of placing an order.  If payment is not received within this time frame the order will be automatically cancel.

Payment Method

We offer 4 payment methods; Online Payment, QRPay, PayPal and direct bank transfer.

1. Online Payment

At inRainbow, our preferred online payment is through payment gateway. 'Fiuu' is our appointed online payment solution provider and "Fiuu" name will be shown on cardholder's statement or bank statement.

By using Fiuu, your information will be secured and protected using industry-leading encryption standards as well as secured Visa and MasterCard.

2. QRPay

An interoperable QR standard that allows to make payments from any participating Bank and eWallet.

The buyer have to scan our QRcode to make payment. Once the payment is made, please contact us by giving us invoice number/order id for us to proceed with the purchases.

3. PayPal

Is a world widely known online payment solution. By using PayPal, buyer's information will be secured and the payment will be directly captured by our system. There are handling charges of 5% per transaction.

4. Direct bank transfer

If you prefer direct bank transfer, you may choose 'Online Banking > Bank Transfer' and make your payment to account below:

For direct bank transfer, we are not responsible for any bank charges. Usually, the payment for interbank will be receive within 2 business day. We will process the order after the payment is received.
