500g Sponge Cake Mix
500g Egg
125g Water
125g Oil
Application / Method:
Mix all ingredients with beater for ± 3 minutes low speed to get a homogeneous batter. Add filling as desired, Bake at temperature ± 180 - 200ºC for ± 20 - 40 minutes depends on size.
